In the company card interest tab we have two interests, Prestige Account and A Account. We want to merge these into one Prestige Account. How do we make sure that all the companies that used to have A Account after the merge will have Prestige Account interest selected?
I want to send a new e-mail using the Outlook application and clicking on the e-mail address in SuperOffice. Now when I click on any e-mail address (1) it opens the SuperOffice e-mail dialog. When I right-click on a contact and choose the Send an e-mail (2) option it is greyed out. And the E-mail button (3) in the top menu is gone. Why does it happen and how do I fix it?
