How do I create a link between sales or projects in SuperOffice CRM and requests in Superoffice Service?
To connect all incoming service requests to a specific sale or project, you will have to take these two steps:
Step 1. Create an extra field in Service
Step 2. Create a tab with a web panel in SuperOffice CRM
Note! To be able to create a new field in the Request table you need to have an Expander Services licence.
Step 1. Create an extra field in Service
To create an extra field in Service, which will connect incoming requests to a particular sale or project, please follow the steps below:
All fields which end with the word "relation" mean that they connect a service request to a particular entity in SuperOffice CRM. In this example, we will connect requests to projects.
Step 2. Create a tab with a web panel in SuperOffice CRM
To create a tab with a web panel in SuperOffice CRM, which will list all related requests, please follow the steps below:
Find the variable for the SuperOffice entity ID. In this example we link requests with projects, so we will use the prid variable. Please find more variables, here.
