How do I change the Privacy statement text that appears in the SuperOffice form "Contact - Consent" field?

A privacy confirmation statement appears when a customer clicks on the Information icon in a SuperOffice form. How do I change this text?

To change the text, which is displayed in the form when a customer clicks on the information button, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the form that has the privacy confirmation text that you want to change. Click on Marketing (1), then Forms (2) and in Recent, My forms, Active forms, or All forms tabs find your form and double-click on it (3).


     
  2. Determine, which type of consent is used in the form. To do it, open the Edit form screen, click on the Fields (1) section then find and expand the "Contact - Consent" field and in the Purpose (2) field you will see, which consent is used.


     
  3. Login Settings and maintenance, click on the Privacy (1) button, and double-click on the consent purpose (2), which is used in the form.


     
  4. The field External description in Customer Center (1) stores a text, which is displayed after clicking on the information button in the form. You can change it there and click Save (2) to store changes.
